Coins, Shards & Bloodmoon Shards
Grimhollow has three currencies. Check yours with /balance or on your scoreboard.

- New players start with 100 coins.
- Coins can have decimals (e.g. 12.50).
- Send coins with
/pay <player> <amount>. Payments over 10,000 coins ask you to confirm.
Shards
Section titled “Shards”- Shards are whole numbers only.
- Earned mostly by idling in the AFK zone: 240 shards per hour at the base rate, more with a donor rank.
- Send shards with
/pay <player> <amount> shards. Payments over 1,000 shards ask you to confirm.
Bloodmoon Shards
Section titled “Bloodmoon Shards”-
Only earned during a Blood Moon:
Kill Bloodmoon Shards Regular custom monster 1 Elite 3 Boss 25 Vanilla monster 0 Sanguinar, the Blood Moon Herald 40 per player who helped -
Wearing the full Blood Moon set gives +50% Bloodmoon Shards.

Bloodmoon Shards can’t be traded or sent. You have to earn them yourself.
Leaderboards
Section titled “Leaderboards”/baltop coins, /baltop shards and /baltop bloodmoon show the richest players in each currency.
